Our mission is to build brighter futures for children and adults with disabilities.  We do this by providing comprehensive medical rehabilitation and employment placement services.  We specialize in helping children and adults with complex disabilities, such as spinal cord injury, brain injury and stroke, achieve their greatest level of independence for participation in home, school, or work and in the community.

Providing supported living, personal assistance, group home living, job training, transition and respite services for those with developmental disabilities in the Community Living Division.  The Service Coordination Division provides targeted case management services to those with developmental disabilities throughout Northwest Missouri.  AGH/NCS employs approximatley 60 Full Time and 80 Part Time professional staff members within the community.

MERIL is a community-based program, designed to promote independent living and enhance the quality of life for persons who are aging and persons with disabilities by empowering them to control and direct their lives and thus participate actively and independently in society. Angels Home Health provides skilled nursing and therapy services in the comfort of your home.  Bridge Interpreting provides expertise in all modes of sign language communication (ASL, PSE, SEE), oral, tactile and low vision interpreting.
